ACCOMMODATION
Grand Kruger Lodge has a 4-star grading. We sleep 35 guests with maximum privacy in 8 double en-suite rooms and 7 units (units consist of 2 opening rooms) All rooms have en-suite facilities-showers or baths, hand basin and toilets. Air-conditioning, overhead fans, mini-bars and tea/coffee facilities. Complimentary toiletries as well as mosquito repellent machines, Superior quality mattresses, linen and towels are supplied
We have 6 Bush camps these rooms are decorated exquisitely with African artifacts, whilst the exterior is an alluring facade of local architecture. Each room features a loft, which allows for up to 4 guests to sleep upstairs and downstairs, each loft has its own private bathroom en-suite. Each chalet is equipped with Tea / coffee making facilities as well as a mini bar, air-conditioner overheard fan and private balcony. The balcony allows for guests to relax during the day and night privately and sojourn. Meals can be taken in the main Lodge dining room

A booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the full invoice
Automatic Release Date
If the deposit is not received as requested, the Lodge reserves the right to release the booking, as it is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Weekend stay
During peak periods and over long weekends, a minimum of a three night stay may be required.
Billing
Any no show guests will be charged for the full booking, as will any early departures.
Full payment is required two (2) weeks prior to arrival
Check-in Time
Check-in time is from 14h00 until 22h00 (reception closes)
Please advise the Lodge of any late arrival after 22h00
Departure Time
Lodges/ Suites to be vacated before 10h00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation 1 month or more prior to arrival date - 80% refund of full amount
Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to arrival date - 50% refund of full amount
Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date – 20% refund of full amount
Public & Christmas Holiday
Cancellation: No refund will be given for cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival
Cancellation must be received in writing.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the 50% payment of the provisionally quoted price
The balance is payable on or before a date no less than 90 days prior to the function
