Comments  (English):
Our stay was marred by the girl at the front desk purposefully stealing from me - I only had $20US to give for towel hire (which is $2 hire, $10 deposit) and she said she had no change but that she'd give me the rest of the money when I dropped the towel back off. She wrote down that I'd only given an $8 deposit (instead of $12). Although a small amount, it still annoys me that someone would intentionally steal from me and that management took the word of a dishonest employee (I'm sure I'm not the first person she's done this to) over myself.

Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable - springy and gave us bad backs. When we asked for a spare mattress for our third person, we were given a thin and raggedy looking mattress for which we had to take it in turns to sleep on as it was so uncomfortable. (They wouldn't offer us an alternative when we asked).

The flyscreens in our room were also ripped, fortunately it was not mosquito season.

Note also that there's no handsoap supplied in the toilets which is incredibly unhygienic and not good when all the signs are around saying make sure you wash your hands to avoid ebola.

If you do stay here - insist on getting change even when they say they don't have any and also book direct with activity companies as the rest camp takes a large commission - e.g. it was going to be $16US/hr to hire a bike through them but you can get them for $5/hr down the road (look for shops with bikes out the front). and you'd be paying an extra $10US if you book through them for the Boma restaurant.

I would say definately look at other options unless you're staying in your own tent or vehicle.
