At the Chennai Airport there was no shuttle of Mount Heera and when we arrived in hotel Mount Heera, they had never heard of us. Our booking (and payment in advance) was fully unknown.
But plenty of rooms available, so we could stay for 2.500 inr - the most we paid in India.
We had to ask for towels, most of the lights didn't work. The room was very dirty and we didn't trust the blankets. There was no warm water in the evening and in the morning there was no water at all.
Avoid Mount Heera!
