Comments (English): We actually did not stay on Samana Wasi, as it was full, so they put us in another hotel, which was a really nice one. but I have a complaint to make about the SW employee whose name we never found out, but who met us at the bus station and arranged our Titikaka excursion (no complaints this far) - and whom we also asked to buy us the bus tickets for onward travel and make a hotel reservation in Arequipa. I understand everybody wants an agency fee- but it is no reason so claim we are getting the best possible bus tickets in bus with heating and beds costing 35 soles each when the tickets clearly say they are 20 soles each, there was no heating and while there were bed-like sets on the bus, those were not our seats (and we were travelling with a child!). Also, the hotel that was reserved for us in Arequipa, was substandard. SO - not happy; and the evaluations will -with the exception of "service and staff" be for the hotel "Helena" we actually stayed in.
