I booked 3 nights in this hotel during my honey moon trip in Hanoi, the staff gave us a deluxe double room at the back becasue we prefer quiet room. When we stepped in side the room, was so surprised with the rose flower covered the bed like the heart shape and with a cake, so nice of them.
The staff was so helpful, they arranged the Halong Bay trip for us with Opera cruise, It was a fantastic boat and we really enjoyed the trip,
Thanks to made my stay in Hnaoi unforgetable .

We had a wonderful stayed in Eclipse hotel, I traveled with my mom and it's very important to find the nice, clean hotel with window and lift, luckily I found this hotel, we love the staff who always tried their best to do the good services for all their customers.
I booked their cruise for Halong bay, the boat was really nice and outstanding, lovely seafoods, it worth the money we paid for.
I would like to recommend this hotel, thanks to all staff :)

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay because their friendly and helpful staff , they helped me with all my questions to visit Vietnam, room was good with large room and bathroom, window, city view of course the day time was a little bit noisy but at the night was quite I was surprised.
I booked their boat Eclipse Sail and really enjoyed my trip and worth the money I paid.
I would recommend this hotel for all travelers.
