Beach is close however the houses around are not very nice.
Kitchen was very old. Washing machine broken. Interior was not nice.

Value for money for a short stay is ok

It would be very helpful if Bed & Breakfast explained how to contact the host of the Peniche Beach House. It is necessary to go the Kite and Surf Shop and then the host takes you to the Beach House, which is actually the 4th floor of a building a mile or so away. We had a great deal of trouble figuring this out. Other than that rocky start it was a FANTASTIC place to stay. Our host was wonderful...he gave us a tour of Peniche, and much valuable information, and he was always around to help and answer our questions. The "Beach House" is lovely...very clean, large kitchen and commons area, with views of the ocean, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, great location. We LOVED it and it was such a nice way to meet other travelers. Our only other complaint was our own fault...we had only booked 2 nights, and we would have loved to stay for a few more!!! We highly recommend it to others.
