"The worst hotel I have been"

Comments  (English):
We stay at the hotel for holiday at least 3 times a year and i must say that this is the worst hotel I have been.
When we checked in, we were informed that they did not check the booking that I have done online until the day before and they said that the price was not OK. At the end We managed to convinced them to agree on the price offered to us online.
The room was not clean. The towel is very old. There were holes on the sheet. There was a leakage on the wash basin. During breakfast, We noticed that the tea container was dripping to the floor. For less cost, We have been to a much better hotel in the region
