"Pathological liars and scam artists"

Comments  (English):
The rooms go from varying degrees of cleanliness to damp and dank. But what is really bad about this place is the management. They routinely will lie to your face and attempt to get as much money out of you as possible.

We booked tickets from Hanoi to Vientienne for the following day and they told us the next day that the bus had 'broken down' but upon further investigation from the travel agency there were no broken down buses and a couple that had bought the exact same tickets after us still left to Vientienne as scheduled. They continually lied to us again and again and refused to refund our tickets and get a bus for that day as they had without our consent booked tickets for the NEXT day. This was a huge inconvenience and only after much arguing would they give us the room that night for free.

Avoid like the plague.
