The rooms are amazing I stayed in a suite in and it was spacious with a tv and safe. The free wifi works perfect and there is a laptop pc in every room. I arranged a train trip to sapa thru the hotel which is efficient and great value as well. The morning breakfast is amazing and includes a large buffet of fruits and assorted baked goods and also juices and made to order eggs and French toast both of which were very tasty. My only suggestion is that if you like a window open during sleeping, be sure to have ear plugs as it's so noisy everywhere in Hanoi that it may help your sleep after a long day. Location is right in the centre of the old quarter and you can walk a blOck to the lake and hundreds of shops within seconds. Great staff all around. Thank you for making my stay a restful home base for a few busy days in Hanoi.
