Thid hotel is not a 4 star, the food is horrible! We only ate there once the whole holiday. There was only one lift working and that broke for 2 days, we were on the 4th floor! The maids do come round every day and the hotel is clean. It is quite a good hotel for young people wanting to save some money on drinks in the day and you can get a ferry for 2.50 euros straight outside the hotel into san antonio or it is approx 4.50 euros in a taxi. I booked this hotel at the last minute and got it cheap and would only go again if i got it cheap again.
