Comments (English): If you choose this it for its amazing location, don’t: the common practice is to overbook the hostel and send the tourists in other apartments. The biggest issue we had was the parking. They say that they have parking. That is a lie. You need to park on street in public parking. We followed the EXACT instructions from the hostel but we ended with 4500HUF wasted and 3 parking fines. When we asked at the hostel about the last fine, the guy got really angry he THREATENED TO BEAT us. He ruined our staying.

Comments (English): Well, for one night it's okay, but otherwise... With many people it's nromal that it becomes dirty really fast. So I accepted this. But the employee/owner or whatever was somehow unpolite and so I felt quite uncomfortable.

Comments (English): I've been in August, and stayed for 2 nights at this hostel...It's a very old apartment, with 3 rooms, and it's called an hostel...It's very dirty, the furniture doesn't exist. We have stayed in a double room that had only a bed and a chair. The door couldn't be closed. The bathroom made me sick to my stomach. The authorities in Hungary don't make controls???? The receptionist was either drunk or very very high, and he barely said 2 words in English. All the guest in this hostel are young people, with dubious faces, and sincerely I was a little scared. Unfortunately, in August all the other hotel were fully booked in Budapest and this was our only way. the photos that appear on the web sites are not real!!! The people who were staying in that period were very loud, and we couldn't sleep at all. Don't get me wrong, I know the concept of what an hostel is, but this is not an hostel...this is a business for 2 young guys who have an apartment full of garbage and they what to make some money. In August I've stayed also in a hostel in the center of Wien, that costs less than this one, but there is no paragon...It was more than clean, and it was more an hotel than an hostel. I strongly recommend to search for a different hostel...I know that it's a central hostel, but in Hungary the buses, the trams circulate all day long, and they are quite cheap.
Have fun in Budapest, it's a lovely city!!!!
