Comments (English):
It was our first time in Hangzhou, and we had a pleasant stay in the Hotel. The staff, though not very well versed in English, as we used Mandarin to communicate, went out of their way to offer assistance. They even helped arrange for us to get tickets to the Expo.
The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
