Comments (English): Booked this place on a recommendation from a friend's friend - terribly disappointed! The hostel is in Hanoi's Old Quarter, but not really close to the fun parts. Also, the rooms were dusty, and the toilets seemed a little dingy. The best (worst) part was the girl at the reception, who hogged the free Internet to chat on MSN! Amazing. We switched to a much nicer hotel (Elizabeth- Nguyen Huu Huan street) which was in a better location and offered a much much better room.

Comments (English): After staying at this hotel we discovered that all the comments were certainly written by hired authers. They were really frauds. Avoid of this hotel at all cost. The staff is rude, the rooms are cramped, and dingy, the beds are metal net with a mattress on top and the streets below are constantly noisy and make us stay up late. The hotel itself is nothing highly modified pictures on the website and whole the facilities dont either exist. Stay away of this hotel or they will rip you off and ruin your great holiday in vietnam

Comments (English): Not only was this hotel the cleanest, convenient and friendliest in Hanoi, the staff were more than helpful with arranging an excellent selection of tours to Sapa, Halong Bay and Hoi An. This hotel made the busiest city, the easiest city to get around. The tours that were arranged were extremely affordable (more affordable than 'making your own way there') and all of our guides were local. This family run business is highly recommended. You will love it. We had the best time!
