| Comments (English): We arrived very late in the evening due to airplane problems and had notified the hotel we would be late. We were unaware that the hostel and hotel are one block apart even though their addresses are #83 and #82. Our mistake was being dropped off at the hostel instead of the hotel and we begrudgingly spent the night at the hostel (our mistake) where there were no towels, soap, etc. The next morning we learned of the mistake and that the owners stayed up until 2:00 am waiting for us. Their worker took us in at the hostel without knowledge that we were supposed to be at the hotel. The owners wanted to discount our stay because of the mistake, but we couldn't let them do that because of the very low prices we were paying, that also included the breakfasts. The combination of price and location was excellent. The rooms were very simple but were very clean. The breakfasts were simple and the same choices each day. But they were very good. The hosts were very accomodating, providing advice and assistance with tour arrangements, etc. When travelling back in the future, we would stay here again. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
