We got 3nights at Mikes hotel ( Rm 201) , Great balcony and perfect breakfast.
We booked the Halong Bay and Sapa Trip directly with Mikes. We really enjoyed them.

We Stayed two nights at the Mikes Hotel in Hanoi.Found the Hotel nice and clean and room quite large. Great continental breakfast .Staff were very helpfull.

Our group total : 40Persons came to Vietnam for our Goverment project.

During 1 Week at Mikes hotel we are so happy.
Room is big, Breakfast is excellent more than I expected.

We did the Boat Trip to halong Bau was amazing.

Hotel staff was so friendly and Pick up at the airport in well done.

Thanks so much four helping us during last time

ROOM: Compact, clean & some nice decor touches. HOWEVER we were intentionally overcharged $US10 for a tour. (We were booked & charged for a cycle ride on the Tam Coc tour that we did not ask for. We were later told we had "misunderstood", not true, the English skills of the woman who explained the tour were excellent, there was no misunderstanding, just an attempt to overcharge. When challenged we were offered a partial refund, but do as guide books say and book direct with tour companies to avoid being intentionally overcharged. WOTIF - if you book via this site be aware that your room may not contain all of the room extras and facilities listed by the hotel; and your balcony or courtyard could actually be a window looking out onto an iron roof. BREAKFAST - there are two tables from which to eat breakfast so it is cramped, also the water used to make the orange juice comes directly from the tap - breakfast is prepared in front of you so this is visible.
