Dont trust any things from them.

Hotel rooms is not nice we we saw on Internet.

The hotel is located very far from Ancient 36 Str.

They want to sell the tours more than want you stay there.

The man spoke at the travel dest is a Lier.

The promised to book a good trip for us but gave to us horrible Tours to Sapa and Halong Bay.

Rip-off hotel. Room were small, dark and windowless. Rat ran everywhere.
KEEP WAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The first thing I have to mention that is the location of Hotel best budget hotel, Which was situated in the heart of Ha Noi’s Old Quarter, I guess. even the Double ensuite room has air-conditioning system and a TV set, free fresh fruit as well. you can even make use of the internet 24-hrs a day. the staff are as friendly as they are hospitable...No way to say that I will have to come back here after SaPa tour. Cheer!!!! my friends
