"“Nice hotel for families”"

We stayed for 3 nights with my family including 2 teenagers and a 8yr old. Nice and big family room. They had 1 king size bed and a super single bed. When we requested for extra bed, we expected to see a standard foldable bed. What a surprise we got! They took the trouble to carry in a heavy wooden super single bed (this is big enough for 1adult and 1child), matching with the existing beds. The first night we stayed on the first floor. On the 2nd day we went for overnight junk cruise in Halong Bay. When we came back on the 3rd day, we wanted higher floor, so they gave us 4th floor and they carried that heavy extra bed upstairs for us. Now that is what I call good service. Do not expect to see a big hotel as all hotels in old quarters are thin and tall. Its like a 7 storey shophouse with a lift. But the rooms are comfortable and big. Friendly staff. There's no restaurant in the hotel but you can order from a menu in the room (this is from outside restaurant) and the staff at hotel will deliver to the room. You will pay for these when checking out. Good if you have family or 5 who like to sleep in the same room.

If you're looking a budget hotel with good conditions, I would recommend this Hanoi Asia hotel...Me & my friends stayed in a family room....2big beds + 1single bed...large room with minibar, TV, and good & clean bathroom with all
Ac rooms.
The hotel location is also not too far with markets...takes about VND 27.000/trip...or almost about USD 2.

The staffs are very friendly...the Manager Manh is also very friendly & helpful, the front office staff...don't know his name...also very helpful in accomodating us at 3am.
