I made a booking, you confirmed the booking, I travelled to Beijing to find that you had not made a booking for me at all and that there were no rooms available,

When I got back from Beijing I found an email from you telling me you had made a mistake.

Muy buen hotel. con un servicio muy bueno en todo y el precio es muy adecuado. El unico problema fue que al cambiar dolares por moneda china solo aceptaban billetes nuevos. pero en gereral este hotel es muy recomendable en todos aspectos.

Das Hotel hat hübsch eingerichtete Zimmer, das Hotelpersonal ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht und das Frühstück ist einfach nur klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The hotel was clean and the service was acceptable. It was sometimes difficult to communicate with the personnel in English, because of language problems. One problem with the hotel is that the rooms facing the main street can be very loud at night. I had to change my room to face the backyard and it was better. The change of rooms was unproblematic. It was possible to get in the hotel restaurant a breakfast close to European or American stlye, which is valuable, because in other places they only have Chinese style breakfasts, which are a little too strong to eat in the morning.
