Avevamo prenotato una stanza con bagno privato ci siamo trovati con un bagno condiviso tra due stanze. Alle nostre rimostranze non hanno saputo cosa rispondere. 2 nostri amici, che aveano prenotato due letti in una camera da quattro ma avevano ricevuto l'assicurazione da parte dello staff che non ci sarebbero stati altri ospiti. All'1 e mezza di notte un impiegato ha bussato alla loro porta per fare accomodare due altre ragazze. L'impiegato ha spiegato che le due ragazze avevano la prenotazione e giustificandosi affermando che quando avevano assicurrato che non si sarebbe stato nessun'altro si erano sbagliati. Nonostante i nostri amici abbiano protestato alla fine si sono visti costretti a cercare un'altra sistemazione e lo staff non ha ritenuto di dover ridare loro i soldi della camera. Sarà un ostello ma la correttezza è fondamentale e se lo staff sbaglia non possono essere gli ospiti a pagare per i loro errori.

Nice place to stay if you are up to visit the city for a week-end. The staff is very freindly and efficient if you have any problem. The hotel is usally full of young foreigners and a bar at the ground floor will allow you to experiment slovenian beers. Only drawback: bit far from the city centre...
