We were really cheated by this dirty hotel. Rooms were dark and dirty. Staff was rud and alway raising the sentence " DO you decide to book the tour"? Well cheating hotel so keep way this hotel.

A very clean and value for money Hotel. Good size clean rooms with air conditioning and clean amenities. Excellent service for arranging connecting flights and a trip to Ha Long Bay. Very helpful English speaking staff at Hotel reception. Would recommend to all travellers, although the Gusethouse has only stairs (4 flights) which may make things a little difficult for some people. "
