The Ritz Hotel was a warm, friendly refuge in busy Hanoi. The reception was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to provide assistance on our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was ideal at the heart of the backpackers district on Hoan Kiem Lake. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at.

The Ritz Hotel in Hanoi was our home in Hanoi for four days this July - it has this homely feeling with a warm staff ready to help you. It is walking distance to the many sights of the French & Old Quarters of Hanoi.

Hotel Ritz offered a very friendly environment for our holiday. We had a nice stay and will definitely come back again. The location is good too, as it is near the lake in a quiet area. If only the annoying disco next door would relocate to HCMC...still after 23 it is really quiet.

The title shows already the main points one should recognize if he wants to join this hotel.Until 11:30 the nearby dance club sounds as if you are admidst a group of drunken idiots who are only able to listen to doom doom-music.After that time the idiots have changed their location,it`scalm. If you can endure that,the hotel is a good choice but notremarkable.Just to mention it,the entrance situation is much worse than the hotel itself.

The place may look not so nice when you arrive but this is a cheap and comfortable place to rest in Hanoi
Do not forget that it is not a resort; consider the price and service and you will be very satisfied
You will get more than for what you will pay and finally appreciate the place
It is very quiet in the morning and reasonably noisy in the evening but never later than 11.30 PM
We get free pick up from the airport as we booked for two days when other hotel may ask for 25USD, that was nice too
To be recommended
