Comments (English):
Booked a night stay prior to the beginning of the crisis. Central Station Inn refused our request for a refund. They left us with the sense that we should be prepared for situations like Coronavirus and buy cancellation insurance.

Si recomiendo el hostel..muy buen lugar...todo esta muy limpio, solo deberian de ser mas especificos en cuanto a la direccion, esta cerca de la estacion pero de Ciampino y no del centro de Roma, solo para que no se confundan, pero aun asi, llegas en menos de 10 min al centro..y en frente del hostel hay un bar super recomendable, y las chavas de recepcion son muy amables!!!

the hotel looks fine, perhaps not really homelike as the design and decoration is something cold.
Cleanliness was ok in rooms. in the bathrooms it should be better but it was expected to found damp conditions due to high rotation of guests using showers in the mornings.
attendance was very kind and helpful. Location in Ciampino is also convenient for the proximity to train station. just 15 minutes to Termini
