According to my experience with good feeling to stay, it was safe, clean and service also good by compare with others guest house with similar price range.
Would recommand to other travellers !!

My family and some friends had a booking online for this hotel but when we arrived, we were transferred to another hostel in the same building, as little did we know that there are a lot of hostels in the other rooms too. When we arrived, the manager Sam Hua did not honor our booking as apparently, she had given it to a higher paying guest. we couldnt do anything as we had nowhere else to go and we were tired. the other guesthouse was not as clean but we jad no choice. we had to transfer hotels every other day as still the same manager did not keep her word that she will reserve 2 rooms for us after 2 days of staying in the other hotel and gave it again to a higher paying guest. Lastly, she wouldnt give us back our reservation fee and was very rude!!!! we had to call the police (dial 999) and the police made her give our money as it was clearly shown in the log book that we were booked there supposedly for several days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! PLS GOT TO APPLE HOTEL/GUESTHOUSE INSTEAD. SAME FLOOR, CLEANER (THOUGHT NOT NEWLY RENOVATED BUT STILL CLEAN), THE OWNER AND THE CARETAKERS ARE VERY NICE!!!!!!!!!!!
