| Comments (English): We are 3 male students who booked an apartement at Differently Rooms And Apartments in Budapest, Hungary. Sadly the guys didn't know, that we were arriving when we contacted them because of the key for the apartement. The always friendly manager told us, that they didn`t recieve the confirmation and our personal dates from the online-booker Hosteltraveller We had done everything right so far because I had the reservation details and the online confirmation with me. The guys from Budapest were so sorry and managed it to get a new apartement in a better part of Budapest till that evening. Great Work! Unfortunaltely we missed the first festival day because of all the trouble. But the apartement was fine and we had a great time in one of europes most beautiful cities. I don`t know whose fault it really was, so the ratings are not really representative. I vote for the new apartement in the Erszebet utca with less points because of the inconvienience.
