Comments (English):
We stayed at the hotel only for 2 nights and wished it was longer. Our room was of a very high standard with a huge bathroom which was clean and modern. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast huge choice and very fresh. The hotel location is within walking distance to lots of markets and shops.

Comments (English):
Had two short stays over Christmas 2008. Was very happy with both the room and the suite. Will definetly use the same hotel on my next trip to Hanoi. Staff was very friendly and competent, hotel was clean and everything was new. Nice 32 inch LCD screens, with DVD/VCD players and several international channels. The internet connection could have been faster, (64/256), but was acceptable for vacation use.

Comments (English):
Staff throughout the hotel is pleasant and courteous. Although away from the crowds and the hustle of other areas, the area nevertheless has lots of restaurants, bars and shops. It is close to Emporium (one of Hanoi's up marked department stores) and near a popular park(around Hoan Kiem Lake) where locals come to relax or to play "kick volleyball". The Hotel rooms are not too spacious, but the beds large and in-room facilities very good. Breakfast is complimentary buffet-style and caters for both Asian and Western tastes. On offer are juices, fresh fruits, cereals, breads, eggs, bacon, and ham as well as a variety of Chicken and Beef Noodle Hanoi. The chef at the hotplate will cook your eggs to order (including omelets with your choice of fillings. "

Not completely as Mr Mirva recomment, were so pleasant to stay here for 2 nights. We had to stay here for totally 2 nights because they charged us in advance.
The hotel was not too small and very clean, just in front of the main street so very noisy by night because of Mall, easy to go any shop and restaurant,
After staying at this hotel we discovered that all the comments were certainly written by hired authers. The staff is very helpful to me, the rooms are bigger than other small hotel in Hanoi Old Street,. The hotel itself is highly modified pictures on the website and whole, do not must stay away of this hotel you will be comfortable your great holiday in vietnam, Absolutely !

We like this hotel - very good breakfast and friendly staff. The standard rooms are on ground & 2nd floor; 3up 'deluxe' - they're pretty much the same size (they all have a work desk - the ceilings are lower on these floors. The deluxe room may include a Desktop with high speed Internet and many TV channel for your chosing, slippers & bathroom scale. Always gone standard - been upgraded a couple of times. hotels, the electricity to the room (including air condtioning) is on only when you're in the room: smoking rooms can get a bad stale smell quickly."The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Our 4 nights stay in The Hotel was very welcoming and pleasant. Probably the best hotel in its class for the money."

Service was very good and the hotel was clean and nice. I loved the location in the middle between the skyline and wonderful markets. . Location is perfect and convenient to go shopping around Hoan Kiem Lake.

We were very disapointed to stay here for 2 nights. We had to stay here for totally 2 nights because they charged us in advance.
The hotel was small and dirty just infront of the main street so very noisy by night.
After staying at this hotel we discovered that all the comments were certainly written by hired authers. They were really frauds. Avoid of this hotel at all cost. The staff is rude, the rooms are cramped, and dingy, the beds are metal net with a mattress on top and the streets below are constantly noisy and make us stay up late. The hotel itself is nothing highly modified pictures on the website and whole the facilities dont either exist. Stay away of this hotel or they will rip you off and ruin your great holiday in vietnam.

Tilfaeldigt fundet hotel. Dette er acceptabelt for unge mennesker. Morgenmaden synes dog lidt simpelt i forhold til spisekort. Vaerelser er rene og personale er hjaelpsomme. Hotel ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel

Comments (English):
We stayed here for three nights and found this place exceptional! The staff are very friendly and helpful and are always ready to give one directions and tips when exploring beautiful Hanoi. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have a wide array of channels for those lazy days (with a fridge full of soft drinks to boot!). All in all a pleasant experience and a great place to stay in Hanoi.
