Comments (English): Recently spent 2 nights at this hotel with family. Many problems. They were expecting 3 people despite booking for 4, airconditioning didn't work properly then started leaking so much we had to vacate our room for a few hours while they attempted to fix the problem, ( successful on second attempt), room safe didn't work, no shampoo or hair dryer provided, no bottled water or kettle to boil our own, too far from town to enjoy the shopping, pool dirty and unheated, deck chair's foam uncovered and pool towels not changed at the end of the day, power failure with no back up, awful breakfast provided, pressured into doing hotel provided tours and forced to pay for hotel provided taxi to return to airport (expensive). Hotel looks grand but is an unlivable shell above the first floor, reception desk often unattended, girl didn't pass on important message- poor English. One good point- organized Valley of the Kings Tour was great with Aladdin, great hot air balloon viewing from roof top.

Comments (English): The Morris Hotel was great: Nice rooms, friendly staff, nice Nile views from the roof. However, when I had to pay I had to do it through a "travel agent" that I had to call myself and ask to meet me at the hotel. He tried to charge me extra for using credit card, which I didn't allow him. I ended up paying in cash which not what I wanted originally. He also tried to book "tours" for me which I found out was way overpriced. I discovered that he was the one handling all internet bookings for the hotel. Not a very good setup for the customer.
