Comments (English): The staff at this hotel were wonderful!!! Helpful, friendly, happy. VERY personal service!!! They took time to add those little "extra touches" that make all the difference in the world. The room was clean and comfortable. They cleaned every day, and left cute "cruise ship style" towel art on the bed. Sevice at meal times was prompt and friendly. The location is great, only a half block off the corniche, close to the souqs or bazaars. There is a small pool (very clean) and a rooftop patio which was very nice in the mornings and evenings. I was there a week, and even the maids introduced themselves to me. Every day they asked me where I was going today, and wanted a review when I got back. When I returned there after 4 days in Aswan, they all greeted and hugged me and gave me back "my" room. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
