Its hard to make complaints as hostel is very cheap. They are very nice but I had one problem in the morning. It was 6 am I was in rush and tried to get to the airport. They offered me taxi for 25 soles which normally should cost between 5-10. I didnt have any credits on my phone so I asked them to call official taxi company and they said they dont have a phone... Their taxi is of course unofficial. Normally it wouldnt be a problem but hostel is in Lima in a place with not the best reputation and its much safer to call taxi than to take one from the street there so... Hope they will change something in this qustion.

i did not enjoy my time at las fresas. the guy in charge argued with me about the deposit i made on your websitee and would not reimburse it at all. he also charged me for a more expensive room when i had clearly booked the cheaper one, which wasnt available when i got there. there was a child having tantrums and a dog barking most of the night. some people should not be in the tourist industry.

the hotel was sufficiently clean and the bed good enough. just wierd energy that made me want to leave immediately. also not a good ppart of town. they cheat you also with the so called pickup which ws an hour late. and they charged at least double the going rate for this "service"
