The rooms and location are very good, apart from a debate over the price of our bill at the end we had a very pleasant stay here.

La ubicación es buena pero cuando llegas allí te encuentras con las sorpresa de que no se puede pagar con tarjeta. Las habitaciones son buenas pero el precio es excesivo y ahora con el impuesto de turista sale aúnas caro. El wifi funciona bien pero solo en algunas habitaciones. Estuvimos esperando a la recepcionista desde las 9 y no apareció ( nos fuimos a las 10:30).

Stayed with my husband for 1 night in a private en-suite room. Took 10 mins to locate from the train station and made an excellent base for exploring central Florence, including the markets and main attractions.

ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro storico.
staff gentile e disponibile . La mia camera affacciava su un cortile interno,quindi poco rumore vista su simpatici mici sui tetti. Camere arredate
semplicemente ma quel che conta molto pulito .Televisione e WiFi compreso nel
prezzo , bollitore con caffè e the. Nelle immediate vicinanze ristoranti , bar e caffè. Decisamente spero di trovare una camera al Soggiorno Venere quando tornerò a Firenze perchè la adoro!

Managed to find above accommodation after 10 pm, was thankful to get good nights
sleep in comfortable, clean room and good clean bathroom. Location very good,
close to train station and easy walk to street markets and all major tourist attractions.
Owner pleasant but apart from initial money exchange for room didn't have any more
contact. Security very good, room large and airy. Restaurants very close.

This little place was not too far from the train station, not too hard to find and not far from all that Florence has to offer.
No aircon, but the fan worked well.
Nice, big, comfortable bed and the ensuite bathroom was basic, but okay.

Comments (English):
The room in Florence was perfect, clean, and easy to find and get to. It was a quick 5 min walk from the train, and equally far from the heart of the city. We walked both days we were in town, and never felt like it was too far away or unsafe at night. Its one block off a very busy street full of other travellers and shops. The staff knew practically no english, but she was friendly and made us feel welcome. Bed was made each day for us wehn we returned, and fresh towels on the rack. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Can't beat the price for the location and quality of the room.

we had a great stay at Soggiorno Venere. The owner Najat is nice and helps us to oranize our trip. she speaks perfect french and english. the room is quiet and very clean. and the soggiorno is very central. Grazie Najat
