Une baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas (2 cm d’entrebâillement), un vacarme abominable venant de la rue, une douchette qui fuie, une clim qui se coupe quand on quitte la chambre (on retrouve une chambre a 28 °...) et pour finir : un patron qui écoute les conversations téléphoniques a la réception....
Le seul point positif : une réceptionniste dévouée, gentille et soucieuse de nous aider a résoudre nos problèmes.

Hôtel a éviter.....

My partner and I and my parents stayed here for 3 nights over the new year period. The accommodation is perfect for a quick stop over as it is ideally located for most of what patong has to offer. Being a few streets back from the shopping centre jungcelyon it is quiet. Breakfast wasn't included and was pretty basic but again it's such good value for money that we weren't expecting 5* cuisine. 2 biggest problems we had was the noisy air con in one room and the door was constantly rattling through the night mainly from the breeze. The hosts are lovely and friendly although a little slow! I would stay here again if I was in patong for a short stopover.

The room was well maintained and was definitely beyond our expectations. The owner as well as the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is a little far from the happening places (around 20 min from the patong beach by walk) , but that should not be a problem as all the tourist attractions like Fantasea, Simon Cabaret show, or for any other one day tours around phuket, the tour operator would provide a pick up from the hotel for free.
Would definitely recommend the place to anyone travelling to Phuket.

If you're looking for a clean and a quite place, Siam is the right place to stay. Tim, I assume he is the owner, and the his stuff was pretty helpful, interested and friendly. The location is also perfect, it tooks nearly 10 minutes to walk to Bangla Road and near to the hotel there is a market place where you can find fresh and yummy foods.

Small, friendly hotel. Good location. Offer laundry, airport transfer, wifi Good security. 24 hour desk.
2 x taxi service within 50m. 5 minutes to Jung Ceylon, 3 minutes to Soi Banzaan markets.
No elevator, no restaurant (breakfast only).
Great value, mid range accommodation.

A small hotel with old furnitures in the room. Air conditioner was very noisy and there was odd smell coming out from the toilet. Turning right outside the hotel the Banzaan Market was just two minutes away. Opposite the market was Joycelon. If you intend to settle outstanding payment to the hotel, you need to pay 3% more as bank charge.

This hotel is very good! It's small but it has very large rooms. The cleaning ladies are doing a good job since rooms were spotless every day, no insects (ants, roaches, mosqitos), no odors. It can get a little noisy because of the traffic outside on Soi Banzaan. The staff is friendly. It has no elevator but that wasn't a problem for me.
