**If your departure is later, you are more than welcome to stay in the hostel during that day. We also have free luggage storage!
Bookings Policy
You can request Bookings via Hostel Z's website or by contacting Hostel Z's staff.
When requesting Bookings, you will be required to provide identification information including, their name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.
After the booking is made, we will charge the 1st night as a deposit. This deposit is fully refundable, given that you cancel 2 days before your scheduled check-in.
We accept payment in cash or by credit card. Please note that paying with credit card incurs an additional 4% surcharge. If you don't have cash when you arrive, you have the option of paying later during your stay.
City tax is not included. Please note that city tax in Madrid is 0.75€/person/night. Prague is 21 CZK/person/night. Budapest is an additional 4%.
A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 400€.
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received.
Maximum stay of 2 weeks.
Group Booking (More than 8 people)

Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings are always to be paid in advance by bank transfer. 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The balance will be paid 2 weeks before arrival. Cancellation or any modification must be done 4 weeks before arrival date. We only accept bank transfers. You must send us a receipt of the bank transfer to confirm the booking.
Hostel Z has a 2 full day cancellation policy (e.g. if your check in is on Friday, the last day for a free cancellation is on Tuesday). Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first 2 nights of your stay. Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.
If you do not show up for your reservation we may charge the first 2 nights of the accommodation to your credit card.
If you have made a "non-refundable" reservation on hostelworld or booking.com, you won't be entitled to a refund if you cancel.
