Zawadi House is an up-market, boutique style hotel close to Phillips, only 400 meters from the Moshi/Arusha road. The rooms were designed with a simple yet sophisticated ambience for our guests’ comfort. Set in beautiful, lush green gardens with tall trees and pretty flowers, Zawadi House is the ideal environment to wind down after that high powered meeting or that adventure filled day.

Zawadi House has 13 very well-equipped double rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms with super hot showers, bathrobe, lots of soft towels and modern designs. All the rooms have a queen-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, digital safe, wardrobe and free internet access. Our waiters are always on stand-by as well as our same day laundry service. Enjoy some good food in our cosy restaurant or in the Chungu Mbili garden, then wind down in the bar, before you tuck in for a good night’s sleep.

With this high standard quality and excellent service, we aim for the tourist who wants a bit more comfort but in a small-sized personal ambiance and the corporate traveller. The restaurant can be converted into a meeting room for up to 12 guests.
